Team Leaders and Sub-Leaders can edit the Bulletin Board from the Team Details screen.
The bulletin allows free text entry within a character limit, and the content is displayed on the Team Details screen.
Since the Team Details screen is accessible from the rankings, the bulletin is visible to both team members and non-members.
You can use it freely to share announcements, team policies, recruitment info, or any other relevant messages.
