You can leave your current team by tapping the “Leave” button on the Team Details screen and confirming your decision.
After leaving, you will not be able to join another team for 24 hours.
*Team leaders cannot leave a team directly.
To leave, you must first transfer the leader role to another member, then leave as a regular member.
*Alternatively, team leaders can choose to disband the team.
Please note that disbanding a team will immediately delete it, and all members will be removed from the team.
