If you are changing your device, or considering doing so, make sure you set up Data Transfer in advance.
The procedure is as follows.
■Get your transfer ID
1. Select the icon at the top right of the home screen.
2. Select "Data Transfer".
3. Enter a transfer password.
4. After entering your password and selecting "Confirm", a transfer ID will be issued.
*Transfer IDs are only valid for 24 hours after being issued.
■Conduct the data transfer
1. On your new device, select the icon at the top right of the home screen.
2. The data transfer window will appear. Enter your transfer ID and transfer password.
3. After entering your transfer ID and password and selecting "Confirm", the data transfer will be completed.
*Once data transfer is complete, your user data will be deleted from your old device.
*Once data transfer is complete, your progress for events will be reset.
*Once data transfer is complete, a transfer ID cannot be issued for 10 days.
